About AWT Society

AWT Society is the Army Welfare Trust housing scheme in Lahore, operating since 1990 and developed in stages since 2007. It has two phases in different parts of the city. Phase 1 is near COMSATS University and next to Bahria Town Lahore, while Phase 2 is near Raiwind Road, close to Ring Road and Airport Road, with access towards DHA, Askari Housing and the cantonment. Listings include residential plots, grey-structure and finished houses, upper portions for rent and some commercial plots on the wider roads. Because the two phases are far apart and priced differently, always check which phase a listing is in, and confirm approvals, possession and transfer rules with the AWT office.
